If I don't want to order my logbooks through the internet, what are my options?
You can submit a Log Books Unlimited order form, or official company purchase order by fax, or by email. Through a credit application approval, a payment term of 30 days may be issued.

Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday EST, and to 3:30 pm on Friday.
What is your return policy?
We take pride in our workmanship, and guarantee the quality we assure. If you are dissatisfied with your stock order in any way, we will replace it with a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. Manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. Custom orders will be judiciously reviewed through customer service, contact our headquarters at 1-877-LOGBOOK.
Are manual log books really necessary now, with all the digital versions available?
We have many testimonies with actual accounts of clients who have had court cases dismissed simply by having a hard-bound book on hand to verify due diligence. The courts do not yet recognize digital entries.
Can I get a discount for higher volume orders?

When will I receive my book?
Stock item orders ship same day if received by 11:30 AM Eastern Standard Time; the following day after that. Unless otherwise arranged, your package will be shipped by Fedex Ground. A tracking number can be made available to you. Custom orders will require a two week minimum lead time.

What do you charge for shipping?
Freight charges are calculated directly through Fedex. The factors affecting the price are distance, weight, size and type of service. In most online purchases, the costs are determined automatically.
How do you handle international customs, taxes, or duties?
Customs, taxes, and duty fees are prepaid by Log Books Unlimited, and charged to your invoice. We supply commercial invoices as required by customs agencies, as well as any other documentation required.
